Ryan works directly with athletic departments and team operations staffs across the country, helping programs secure the right aircraft, ideal routing, and dependable solutions for their travel needs. He focuses on building relationships, understanding each program’s unique logistics, and ensuring every trip is planned with precision and proactive communication.

Before joining STM Charters, Ryan spent three years as the Director of Baseball Operations at the University of South Carolina, overseeing all aspects of team travel, logistics, scheduling, and day‑to‑day operational management within a top‑tier SEC program. His background also includes roles across collegiate and professional baseball that strengthened his expertise in travel coordination, budget management, and operational strategy.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with family, traveling, staying active and following sports. His passion for sports and operations continues to fuel his commitment to helping teams travel efficiently, safely and with confidence.
