Sarah Poff is an Air Charter Consultant at STM Charters. She provides exceptional service to the company’s clients by serving as a liaison with its many airline carriers. She primarily works with the collegiate sports teams, offering solutions to ensure their private air travel accommodations exceed their expectations.
Sarah’s aviation career began in February 2017 at a Fixed Based Operation (FBO) General Aviation Center in College Station as a Customer Service Representative. It was in this role that Sarah began developing her exceptional customer service skills, greeting the company’s customers and ensuring their overall experience with the center and town exceeded their expectations. She has big plans for her travel career, hoping to one day becoming a trip reviewer and influencer.
When she’s not planning travel for clients, Sarah loves spending time with her family and dogs, exploring the hiking trails around her hometown in Texas.
Sarah earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Sam Houston State University.
